WC 7120 waste toner bottle replacement issues

Good Morning,

Customer is replacing waste toner bottles too frequently and I have upgraded firmware to
level suggested to correct problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Buy another waste bottle and change alternate. You can clean the full bottle and use again.

The following three NVMs values will help extend the Waste Toner Cartridge life. Please change them as follows:

762-143 - 22 (current) change to 10
762-145 - 28 (current) change to 16
767- 094 - 1223 (current) change to 601

NOTE: If software 71.20.31 or higher is loaded these nvm's can not be changed. The software already includes the changes.

Too little efect with these modifications !
