bypass tray alingment on 7675

I have two 7675s, one prints centered on stock through the bypass, one prints 1/4 or more off center (top to bottom or opposite direction as paper path) I reset min/max MSI side guide and used System Registration to correctly align front/back position but entering up/down values do not move the image at all. Am I missing something?

OK I found the actual directions for "ADJ 9.7 IOT Lead/Side edge Registration" and it has a series of steps to do, instead of the direct adjustment I was trying to do.
