Any ideas on whats causing this prints on DC250 ??

Hi again.

Do you guys have any idea what might be causing this ?
A tech, which is not my everyday tech, is telling me its the 2nd btr which moves alot... so its making this kind of prints...He tells me that I need to buy a new btr because the plastic part that hold the btr to the front of the drawer is broken..

Could this be the problem ?
Should I just fix the btr with some double sided tape ?

any ideas ?

Make a panic stop before the image will be transfer to the paper. Inspect the image on ibt belt. If the image is good then the cause is btr2. If the image on belt is like the image you shown here then you are a lot of problems.
