I have a Xerox WorkCentre 7235 with a 010-398 error. Changed the Fuser, but the problem persists. Sometimes the machine reboots itself after the error and sometimes it just saying the "An error has occured, please shut down the machine". The machine have 1.055.000 prints and it started to give this error after i changed the black developer tank, might this have any connection ? Changed the tank, reset the counter and worked fine for a day or so. After I restart the machine it can go 1000 pages or 10 until it gives the error again. I don`t have the service manual and on Xerox website it says to change the Fuser, wich I did. Does anyone have other ideas ?
