[Jamming] XEROX WC 5225 DF jam indication

This one is mysterious,M/C will show jam indication after every exit copy/Scan from DF,there is no exit sensor at all,Size sensors,Registration and original feed table sensors all have been well cleaned!

need help on this please!

please check original size sensor in where you original put is size detect ?

Thanks for reply,it won't ask for size mismatch,same with both ways,LEF,SEF ,original size sensors are already taken care of,2 on the feed table and few inside the feed table with slider!
