Xerox Workcenter 7335 printout dirty

Got a Xerox Workcenter 7335 with broken IBT
replaced it at Xerox service center

Printout looks dirty on the back side,
even if I print only one side, the back side comes out dirty
this happened particularly on gloss paper
less dirty on regular paper.

Also printout cracked on high coverage toner area.

some toner drops to tray 1

can anybody help ?

Look at 2nd BTR unit. Try to replace it.

Sounds like it can be a worn fusing unit.

If toner is getting on the lower fusing roller that will cause marks to show up on the back of the page. A worn fusing unit will also cause creases (cracks) in the pages.
