Phaser 7760 not enter service diagnostics

Hi everybody! Pls help me for Xerox 7760DX error.
The code error is Black ATC sensor failure but I enter service diagnostics is not. Pls see images below:

I waited for the machine to service time is 5 hours but not on.
Experts please guide me to solve the problem.

Have you been able to enter diagnostic before?

If not you have to re-flash the Image Processor board with the 7760_350_flash.ps file located on the 7760 Support and Drivers page under firmware.
