    Xerox 7556

    Hi we have a Xerox 7556 with large capacity tray.If the tray is more then three quarters full lift motor stalls and just vibrates.Have changed tray and lifting mechanism still the same any ideas.

      Have the same problem with the tandem tray on 3 x wc7556. If you find the fault, would love to know. I am going to try the MD pwb then LVPS. Have tried the pwb at the rear of the tray that the motor plugs into. Power from the LVPS seems to root through the MD pwb.
