Re: 510 Wide Format Plotter
The LL-81 code is most often caused by a bad AC Module. Check the resistance across the fuser rods and thermistors first. You will also want to closely inspect the blue connector that interconnects the fuser drawer and printer. Pay particular attention to the connectors associated with the thick wires. These are the leads that pass power for the fuser rods. Over time, it is common to find one or more of these pins pitted or deformed. When this happens, it causes excessive current to be drawn through the AC Module, and in turn cause the drivers in the unit to blow. So you could conceivably replace the AC Module only to have it fail shortly there after, due to failed contacts in the blue connector.
I can help you with parts to repair this problem if you need them. cbyrne@goevergreen.netComment

Re: 510 Wide Format Plotter
Hello everybody! I've got LL-81 error not long ago on 510. In my case problem was in AC-module.
Found on one of the boards there - Bridge Rectifier Single Phase 600V 35A - and resolder it. And that helps me a lot. 2016-09-07 12-34-08.jpg
GBPC3506W, if someone need it.
Hope it would be usefeul. Good luck guys!Sent from Ericsson DBH 1001.Comment
