Xerox DCC450 black problem and colors
The Black color printed 100% solid color black its fine, but when it comes to 10%-80% black, the output are the same (grey) no different at all. for example hair become only in one color, which is grey. the technician already change the black developer two times for me. after changed for few days, its occur again.
and the color seems dead, like no contrast at all, even though i already set the contrast to the highest level.
when i asked several technician, they said that DCC450 always like this because of electricity voltage problem.
anyone here can help me to solve this problem?
