WCP c3545 network controller unavailable

Hallo friends, my xerox wcp c3545 displayed "network controller unavailable" coping from glass work fine but haven't any communication with PC.
I tried restart couple times but nothing.
Can anybody help me.
P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

Hello everyone, I solved the problem because I replaced both HDD from another machine. I lost all settings but engine works.
Can I clone hard drives and how? I'd like to have a backup copy that I would not again had problems.
