Need help wit my docucolor12 (dc12)

having a problem with my dc12 for some reason it started to print out all black on paper. it was printing fine them all of sudden it started printing full black sheet kionda feel like sand paper i attached picture please help me please i need of help

There is no charge voltage on drum.
What was just before it happened?
Try to replace the drum cartridge first.
