    FX APII C4300 email configuration

    Hi guy...
    is there anyone could show me how to setup for my fx copier to be able to scan to email...
    im not familiar with email thingy..
    my customer has their own email server right next to their copier...
    this are the info from the IT tech..

    Smtp server address
    DNS ip
    Username
    Password
    Port number

    could anyone teach me how to setup on the copier?

      you have to go remote ui to set the dns then key in the mail server to the ip photocal there

          Did as what u said on the machine but still no hope...
          i have done this with a canon copier n it work fine...
          check on the network connect, print n scan to pc is working.. but no luck to email...

              how about you set the company email to the copier and the mail server set the ip address to copier and try
