Cartridge Error

Hi guys,
i am having this problem, attended a call this morning, the Fuji Xerox AP750i showing " Cartridge Error" when i check the status by pressing the machine status button. Both K1 and K2 also show the same message. I have tried put in cartridge from other machine but is still the same. The cartridge from the problem machine shows OK when i insert in into the other machine.I have also swap the toner detection sensor but is still the same. What could cause the problem?wonder if anyone of you guys have come across this problem and willing to share?

this is cause by the toner chip is for different country use where you got this copier and the toner from where it have to be same g/luck
