I don't remember ever needing an enablement code to allow for network scanning.

Usually you just go into tools and set optional functions - network scanning to enabled.

Probably will reload the software.
Client changed the protocol for network scanning by SMB in HTTP.
Network Scanning > File Repository Setup > Protocol > HHTP
Now there is no access to the machine through CWIS.


I want to make sure that we have network scanning code.

Shouldn't need the scanning code. It will decrypt the codes after reloading the software via altboot. Make sure you reload to 21.120.30 at least so you can just upload the DLM file through the web interface to the newest level.
If he disabled the http just go into admin mode on the machine and re enable it to get access through the web interface

I can not connect through the web web interface.
HTTP is enabled.

Please is anybody have NVM file for wc 5645 (*.nvb) with (ser.no.) Costumer lose floppy disk, and battery die.
I don't have on field this type .
