Xerox 6204 Wide Format

When making a copy of 30 in wide it always makes it on 36 in wide paper unless the customer manually
sets the media size to 30 in paper. In the service manual it lists Q6-1 as the 34and 36 in wide paper sensor and the rest of the sensors dosn't say anything about 30 in paper. Also have look under the rap section and cannot find anything about the sensor adjustments. I know it is something simple please help,
also media is on auto and bond.

30" paper is tricky on the 6204. You have to set the paper series to include 30" on both the media and document set-ups. This is done through the menus in the user interface.
