[Error Code] WC 7655 displays Fuser System Error & 10.320.00

Hello everyone

We have a client with a WC 7655 that displayed Fuser System Error along with error code 10.320.00 so the client replaced the Fuser unit but it did not clear the problem. We mostly service the Ricoh line of machine so we would be grateful for any info on this issue.

Hello everyone

So I was able to determine that Fuser Overheat problems 010-320 can be cleared by reseting NVM value 744-156 back to ‘0’ through “Dc131 NVM Read / Write”

I have been able access DC131 but I am not sure how to enter value 744-156

Here are screen shots I took of the display where I am stuck on this issue. I would be grateful for any info on completing this clients service call.

Should I select "Diagnostic Service" or "Copy Service" and what is the next step?

If it makes a difference the machines System Software is 040.32.53080
