Xerox DC320 (FX) or Xerox DocuColor 2240/1632 Error Code 102-372

Hello All,

I have a problem with xerox DC 320 or Docucolor 2240/1632 series, the machine has an error code 102-372, when we power on, machine start up only one dot flashing (in normal condition, machine will startup until 5 dot flashing and get ready) on EDOC only say that Interface sequence failure. The initial command from the Controller was not notified for a specified time.a nd the reinstall the software.

any idea of this error?

try change the dc psu 3.5v and 5v dc power supply good luck

Hi johnner66,Thanks for your information, the problem was fixed, i just swap/exchange on both sub LPVS 3,38V and the problem disappear and machine back to normal. so case closed.xde-774
