Hi, my name is Kosta an i life in Germany.
Sorr for my english.

i have a DC 6060 with two Problems.

The first ist the Code 9-358 and the second is 8-311.
Please help me .-)

9-358 2BTR Retract Fail. - Usually its a broken wires on plug P705.

From memory 8-311 is IBT belt alignment.

Try swapping the black drum.

If that doesn't work check the belt is positioned correctly and that the reflective patch is clean and sensor is clean.

Now i have cange the side shift motor and the sensor.
Tha same problem. 8-311

The motor is working.

It's for a 5000 but I'm pretty sure the diagnostics will be the same for a 6060.

I'm not 100% sure on the 6060...

On the 5000 you have to take the panels off the back of the machine and you'll then see the boards.

There are two on the left of the Air Filter and 2 to the right, the positions are as follows:

A - top left
B- bottom left
C - top right
D - bottom right

So you're looking for the one at the bottom right (presuming 6060s have the boards in the same place as 5000)

The boards are interchangeable so try swapping D with C and see if you get a different error code.

Now i think the BGM Driver PWB ist the Problem.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram from this Driver?
Which is the number in DC330 for the Motor and the Sensor?
