Xerox 252 Scan template and web application

On my 252 the scan templates are missing and when you go to web applications a massage comes up
unable to communicate with server

replaced the cables ,ess board , bustle fiery , reloaded machine software
nothing helps
anyone got any ideas

check NVM 790-402 is 5
