    [Error Code] Xerox Phaser Model 8560 Error Code

    I've got an error code - 09,037,45:38775.

    Supposed to be an exit area code. Could not find any debris in exit area. Cleaned 2-sensors. Still no luck.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

      That error usually happens from using aftermarket inks. Go into diagnostics and clear the ISC faults

        That error indicates the there is a stuck Yellow ink stick in the ink loader. It can be from 3rd party ink or any broken/cracked ink stick in that slot. I've also seen it happen for no apparent reason at all. First thing to do, as CopierTechofOmens suggested, is "Clear ISC Fault" from the Internal Diagnostics Function Menu. BTW, ISC stands for Ink Stick Count.

          Thank you for the input. I really haven't seen this before with the Ink Sticks, but, stuff happens - especailly with my client.
