Xerox Docucolor 250 with CREO CX250 Image Disks File System is not Formatted message

"Image Disks File System is not Formatted" message appears at startup. I ran the Format utility from the CX250 menu. Message does not disapear.

There is a usb stick memory plug on Creo ?
If so remove it !

No inside. Remove any usb stick fron usb ports on Creo

There is no USB stick in the CREO.
