    XEROX workcentre M-118

    We have a customer with this model, I'm not that familiar with it, and the fault shows system error EP-0003. Does any body know what it means and how to re-set. Thanks

                  Hi,
                  first Check the connection of each MFC PWB and EXT PWB connector. Be sure that all connection are connected proprely. Power on, if the same problem occur, you should replace the MFC PWB P# 960K05230
