[Error Code] "Communications problem encountered" but still access via network. C2128

I have read several other threads, but I am not sure what the problem is.

Xerox WC C2128 tries to boot but ends up with "Communications problem encountered" in the display. However the paper trolleys adjust, and several boot-up sounds from the printer. After a while I am able to access the copier via the network, but it does not give my any error messages there. All seems to be fine. I can even upload documents for printr (but they do not print), and reboot the copier from there. BUT, it tells me that all toner cartridges is empty, but status is "OK". It seems like there might be some wird communication error to the toners?

Any ideas?

I am willing to pay for a solution that works without a huge cost... either to the person that comes with the solution, or by donation to this site.

You need pws tool software for this machine. Use pws to connect to machine in diagnostic mode to see the error code. There are several causes for the massaje ' communication problem ...' appear. May be a simple one like change some settings, or battery replacement, or firmware reload but also more severe which involve a high cost because replacement of electronic board.
What version of software ( firmware ) machine have ?
