    Dc 240 yellow copy defect

    hi. The photo copy is with 60% yellow background(colour) but the prints,internal test print and scan to pc is good without any yellow background(colour).i have done white refrance and checked the ccd contacts but still gives yellow background in photo copy. any suggestions!

            Did you calibrate CCD, if not just do it and report here

              Remember it's J paper to Cal the IIT, (Unless you change the NVM)

              Also Check the Cabling from the IIT to the IOT

                In that case you need to reset the nvm's and make default settings !

                  well in this machine the NVM is replaced and the VSEL and then the problem started .i have reseted the NVM'S and set them to default settings.i also checked the cables and the connections.looks ok.

                    Go to dc919 and note the values. Then set all values to 0 in dc919.
                    Perform dc945, dc924 only for copy mode, and then dc950, dc 937.

                    Before maxsetup be sure sharpness/saturation is normal, autoexposure is on, image quality is normal color shift, light - darker = normal, color balance = 0.
                    Use test pattern 13120 and colotech paper.

                    After adjustments are done see the result and compare the new values from dc919 with the old values.

                        The problem is found in the the VSEL board and the problem is fixed by replacing it,
