[Misc] WC 7655 Cover Page job won't start.

This one has me a bit puzzled. Customer has a WC 7655 with 430k, when they set a job up for cover page, front only, the unit acts as if it is starting to scan the job but never starts scanning it. You end up having to delete the job to do other work and everything else seems fine. I tried to use the PWS to see there was a problem, but I didn't find any issues (from what I could see). Anyone have a clue what's going on I would appreciate it Thanks.

Try nvm init. If dont work the fast method to resolve this issue is to reload machine software.
Be sure you have sim's with scanning option and others options if copier are.
