Try to initialize nvm settings and restore them from sheet in tray 1
Looks like corrupt nvm

you can analyze the fault step by step :

for example for first step brows the picture in IBT where it good so I suggest go to 2BTR for malfunction if not go to First BTR or see it on drum. I think you have bad 2BTR or bad drive clutch.

looks like your first or 2nd btr
Please dont ever init your NVM
that is like last case senerio
it would be your worst nightmare ever
