Xerox 5655 MBC "Incomplete System Information"

The machine displays "Incomplete system information"
Scanning and printing disabled when error occurs.
No fax option installed. Non tag40 controller. Latest machine software installed.

Things checked/done thus far:

• System date matches network date
• Disabled IPv6 (went a week before error returned)
• Reloaded machine software through network and ALTBOOT (went a month before error returned)

Double checked the basics. Even though I cloned the network settings, IPv6 was enabled. Disabled and reset controller.

It was strange only certain users couldn't print to it.

Hello, I'm a little late on this post, but I've been dealing with this issue repeatedly happening on a 5755. I was wondering, has the machine that you were working on above been stable since you disabled IPv6 or is the problem is still occurring?
