    DC5000 color inconsistency

I'm having a problem with a Docucolor 5000 that we have. Which after about every few hundred copies we'd have to run the calibration routine to get the color back.

When the machine is running say for 5000 prints, after 500 the colors will be off (in my case it's running more magenta) I'd have to stop the run and re-calibrate it to get the original color back.

If any one have tips that I can look at please help.

All the drums are new, 2nd btr is new. I'm suspecting it has to do with the mob sensor, but have yet to try to look at that.

    Thanks

I will try that and see. I've cleaned the sensor on other machines (DC260) but not this particular machine
