    [Jamming] xerox 4110 finisher jams

Here's a good one to digest. everything works fine on this unit except when stapling one corner of sheet. Have cleaned all the sensors in eject area and swapped some of them to see if they were bad. I believe the timing is off on this function because if I use the hole punch with stapling, it works fine. The code it gives is 012-159 which is for the eject sensor. I do not have any firmware for this unit so if someone has it or knows what is wrong, I would appriciate the help.

a.Check to make sure the wiring harness to the eject sensor isn't being pinched by a ty wrap being to tight.

    b. The back inboard rubber roller on the Eject Rolls Shaft was mounted two mm to the toward front and if you add the end play of the Eject Rolls Shaft, this caused the Eject Sensor Actuator to touch intermittently the side of the Black Eject Roll when stacks were ejected.

I was able to reseat the connector and clean it out with some canned air, the only issue I have is that it will jam if I set it to staple upper left corner. All other modes are fine. I believe it is a timing issue, but I don't know if I can adjust it or will have to re-install the firmware.

try posting your own thread instead of riding on anothers thread, you will get better response.

Thanks Milo. Re-initializing the NVM did the trick.
