[Misc] Docucolor 250 Magenta Line

My Docucolor prints a bright magenta line across the middle of my page when it isn't supposed to be there.
Any Tips on how i make it go away?

What did you check so far?
It could be bad drum, dirty laser, developer contamination etc...

I just cleaned all visible rolls. I'm not completely sure how to check all of those things. (beginner in the business)

You can tell if its a problem with your magenta drum pretty easy. Swap the magenta drum with the yellow drum. If your magenta line becomes a yellow line you know the problem is with the drum unit.

A void line of any color most often can be caused by a defective developer unit or dirty laser glass but won't cause a printed line.

Most often a printed line of 1 color is caused by a worn drum unit.
