It looks like the Magenta developer auger isn't working correctly. The white plastic gears on the dev tanks tend to wear and it will stop the auger turning.

Ideally fit a new magenta developer tank with new developer.

Is there a way to fix it, I need to fix fast, or maybe clean it somehow.

If you take the magenta tank out, take the top cover off and you should be able to see if the auger is working right by manually turning the connector on the back.

If the gears are obviously worn though there won't be a lot you can do without spares.

I have opened the tank, and rotated manually, the gears didn't seem worn, but the rotation was going a little bit hard, I don't know maybe because it should be rotated hard by itself or something was making it to rotate hard.
Any suggestions what to do, I printed around 50 A3, and after that began to fill again with the toner powder?.
I don't know what to do.

Have you got spare Magenta developer? You may just need to change the developer?

If you don't know how hard to rotate it's supposed to be, remove for example yellow dev. tank and compare.
But you could tell us what's the counter on your machine?

Do you mean the machine overall counter, and what are the prices for new developer tank, and developer.

I have opened again today the tank, and empty all the developer, and the rotating of the gears was much more easier, but when I rotated in ones side it was going well, but the opposite side after rotating for about 2-3 turns then the mechanism inside the tank didn't rotate only the gears in the back. So i guess it is broken maybe

Hi guys, I am thinking to buy new tank, and the developer, so I am asking about the replacement how to do it in proper way,
First removing the old one, and adding the new one, the question that bothers me is, when i pour the developer in the tank, do I have to open the tank cover and pour it in slightly from side to side, or should i pour it in the hole where the toner gets in, and second since i have never installed new developer, how much should i pour into the tank, should i pour all the bag that comes with the developer or is there a fix weight of developer, and thirdly, when i finish these procedure, is there any code that I have to reset to NWM or just fill the tank and continue working, Hope i am not asking a lot, any instructions would be useful, Thank you very much, I appreciate your help.
