Fiery EX700 not communicating with dc700

HI All,
i have Dc700 with Ex700 fiery server machine is not communicating with server. manual and auto search server not found. i tried to add server manual but unable to fix the issue . is any one know how to configure this server ?

maybe software is currupted
maybe cables
maybe settings

yes it could be corrupted software or settings first want to know how to set it up ?

i don't have installation disks.....

i had same problem but i instal the packeges patches and it was solved

it was working in my network but when appens the error it was making a copy and a printing then i have intaled the patches and all go good
