[Error Code] Docucolor 240 Error code 093-320

Hello,
I need some help. I have a Docucolor 240 with an error code 093-320 developer motor failure.
I do not have a service contract with Xerox. I am looking for some help on how I might be able
to fix this.

It is a good ideea to have a service manual for this machine.
It is a lot of measurements to do to see if the motor is crash or you have defective electronic board

Problem:fault code 093-320 when powered on----------
Cause:


Problem with yellow , magenta and cyan developer motor rotation ------
1- reset following NVM to 0

2- Checked 24 Volts on PJ205 and 5 Volts on PJ206 , if it is good replace developer motor ( item 19 PL 1.6 )
