7665 error 3-504-0 on WCPP connect

Hiya

Machine appears to be working fine but I want to adjust the booklet maker and when I connect via USB I get that error message and please wait message. Any ideas?

I may have found the issue. When I complete Alt Boot instead of UI Available I get the message as seen in the screenie "UIGetClientSWVersion: RPC Program Not Registered" . Anyone any idea how I can fix this please?

That's not very helpfull is it! Ive got PWS and the user guide and cant find that error anywhere.

3-504 is just the machine is taken offline

But in the UI when I login it shows as online? I can also enter diag on the UI screen too.
