    Xerox 7665 UI calibration issue

    Have a 7665 trade-in display calibration needs reset - you press an "a" entering admin and get a "j", press "Copy" in "services" and "Network Scanning" opens etc.

    Any tips? Don't have a service PWS laptop can I enter NVM or something through control panel?

    There is UI Diagnostic Tests menu. To enter this mode simultaneously press the Phone, #, and * buttons. The menu displays a list of 8 choices. Choice 2:
    "Touch Panel Calibration - Use the Touch Pen for this routine. Start the test and touch the cross hatch locations as they are displayed. This will set the correct points of origin for the display"

      thanks for the info! when we touch the first cross that appears top left nothing happens

        Then you'll have to replace touch screen.
        Or you can try to repair it with hot air. Try to find post here on CTN how to repair touch screen and where to apply hot air.

          Fixed. Reseated UI cable powered up calibrated.
