The unit works fine except it won't print received faxes. Tried deleting that particular fax and it says 'deleted', but there's no change. The fax is still there and it says 'pending' or 'canceling'. Tried resetting memory, but that hangs as well. And cannot upgrade firmware...says it's 'busy'. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had this same problem two weeks ago. The only way I was able to clear the memory was by pulling off the battery from the main board, waiting a few minutes and then putting the battery back in. You then have to go through the set up again. This worked for a while then the problem returned. My company sent out another service tech to follow me and that tech replaced both the fax pwb and the main pwb. The problem has not returned since. I suspect it was the main pwb that was causing this problem.

I took the battery out for 10 minutes, and machine came back up looking good. So I moved it back into it's place and connected the phone line and the ethernet cable. And then it came up with the same fax job pending. Guess I should try another board. Anyone else seen this?Comment
