WorkCentre Pro C3545: No network scan/email function

A few weeks ago i have bought a second hand Workcentre Pro C3545 at a auction. The machine is complete with network scanning, email and whatsoever. When i started up the machine, there is only the copyfunction on the display. The configurationreport says the scan to file, scan to email and all is not installed. When i open the back of the machine all the hardware is present including 3 sok's. 1 for fastprinting(45pp/m), 1 for scan2file/email and 1 for ?.
I know the last owner has reloaded a newer softwareversion. I don't know if this is the problem.

So far i have not found any solution.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to get network scanning to work?

How do i do this and what do i need for this? I did not get any cd or something with software for this machine.

I have this version of software but I think your UI software version and Net controller software version do not match the software release 04.520.
