You do not show this scanner connected to a controller. This model scanner is incapable of functioning without being connected to a controller. If the display in the back goes no further than the letter A, then there is also a problem with the scanner. Without service knowledge and a manual, you will be unable to troubleshoot this problem except by replacing parts.

These codes indicate potential failures of the image module or main board. If you do not have a service manual, and knowledge about this scanner, you will ave to invest in parts to change until you resolve the problem. These scanners are very reliable. However, when there is a electronic problem such as your scanner clearly has, it require technical troubleshooting.

Cleaning calibration roller might solve this problem due to the scanner initialize black and white roller .

The calibration strip is located above the white roller. You can access the calibration strip through the scanner menu. Find the scanner diagnostics section in the menu, then Clean Calibration Zone. This will rotate the calibration strip into the down position for cleaning. Then set it to home to return it. Next reboot the scanner. I have no faith this will resolve your problem, but certainly worth a try.
