Copy function "soft switch" What about Scan to PC, Emails and others

    Hi lovely ppl,

First time posting here so forgive/notify me if i posted the wrong stuff @ the wrong place.

So as of the above topic, i recently got into copier tech trade and am learning stuff bit by bit. But there is a problem which came up just last week hope u guys can guide me on what is the best solution.

Customer A wans to enable auditron but dosen't wan to disable the "Device Access".
Only way i thought @ that point of time was to go in CE Mode and NVM Read/Write to change the copy chain-command from 1 - 0.
That totally removed "Copy" from the startup screen unless u log in to the users created in the auditron.

Customer B wans to remove Email/Copy/Scan to PC.
This kinda got me stuck as i only noe the chain-command for Copy.

So if anyone could tell me how to go about solving this problem or someone would be kind enuff to let me noe the chain-command codes for Email/Scan to PC, that will be awesome.

Model number is DC4C4475. I believe the DC4 variety of copiers should have the same/almost the same command codes for most of the features.(correct me if i am wrong)

    Much appreciated.

For ur case u can customize the screen scan to email,pc just remove it so user cannot seen scan features at all.
