DC286- scan to email function's not used

Hi, everyone.

DC286 - few day ago, we can't used scan to email function.
display error code: 016-767 (mailbox not found or not access; or destination email add. invalid).
* Action:
Tried to change mail server to setup (using another company's mail server; google mail server..)
> Select TCP/IP and then enter the data needed
-Gate way address

-DNS server address

-WINS server address

• POP3 server address
• POP user name
• POP user password
• SMTP server address
• SMTP authentication user password
• SMTP authentication user name...

the same error code
Can somebody help me ?

Smtp server response code 550 or 551 can u confirm u email settings details at ms outlook ?recheck port number

smtp port number is 25, i think it's ok. but the same error code occur
