WC Pro 65 Gone Bonkers! Won't Recognize Finisher or drawer 5&6

Okay, client complained that machine said to reboot constantly. Went out and rebooted and it worked fine for a few minutes then it said doc feeder cover open. Thus we checked doc feeder switch and it was fine then rebooted again and now it says doc feeder cover open and when you hit close it says:

External Paper Feeding: Output Device:
Tray 5: Not Present None
Tray 6: Not Present

We replaced the LVPS with no change.

Any ideas?
