Easiest way of doing manual duplex on a DocuColour 12?

What is the easiest way of doing a manual duplex when using tray 5 (the by pass tray) on a Xerox DocuColour 12?

Each time I have to do a manual duplex print using tray 5, I spend a long time trying to get the two sides of a print to match up.

I usually have to flip the reverse side of the printing job in the DTP software before printing it. I then have to look at the print out to see how far the reverse side is offset from the front side and then move the reverse side around in position in the DTP software to make it line up. This takes lots of time and gets very confusing.

This seems a very convoluted process for what should be a very simple task. Surely there must be an easier way?!

on your source file that is being printed, make sure everything is centered. on the DC12, make sure the registration on the MSI (and other trays) and on duplex is A OK!

You need to use the PWS(PC Diag) to align/ center the registration on the MSI
