xerox PE 120i freezes up

xerox PE 120i = Samsung 4720F

once fully warmed up the keypad locks up
but untill then you can copy/print from menu/print from computer, but you only get one page before it freezes up

I've updated the firmware, reseated all the connectors to the logic board, there is no ram to reseat, I can't get the battery out (is it soldered in?),

I have access to samsung (samsung reseller) but since it's labled as a xerox I can't get them to help.
I have NO access to xerox auth. ...

machine is past warranty

ok, it's been a few days and no replies, experts exchange didn't have anything yet either, nothing to be ashamed of, except for the fact that yahoo answers has already been saying try replacing the pwr board or a locked up fuser, the fuser isn't locked up and I'd hate to be wrong with an expensive part , anyother suggestions?
