[Error Code] WorkCentre Pro 2636 Fuser system error

I have a Xerox Workcentre Pro C2128. It says that all toners and drumbs are consumed and waste container is 100% full. There are new toners, rollers, and waste container in the machine. The machine is currently warming up with an error code 10-505, 10-527.
Any suggestions?

!0-527 error say you have a bad thermistor in fuser assy but the others machine errors shows there are another faults that is not diaplayed.
This machine dont have builtin diagnostic. You need pws tool for diagnose the machine.
Also there may be nvm mismatch or even corupt firmware / software.
What firmware version it's on machine ?

System Software version on machine it's 0.001.04.520.

There are more subsystem machine components: Ui, CCM,.... All subsystems are at 04.520 version ?
You'll find the subsystem firmware version on configuration report from machine.

HY if she says all the consumables are empty , you can chek if any of toners was replaced soon, there are some toners that are defective the metal blade what says to maschine that is a new toner. sorry for bad english.
