4-563.0 System Fault. Notify your System Administrator. What can I do to fix this?

Machine boots up and shows the message ''Please Call System Administrator''. The User Interface current faults shows a fault code 4-563. That fault code is not in Edoc


Hook up the PWS and check the Fault History. In my case fault code 42-326 was the most recent fault. Troubleshooted that most recent fault .Through the UI Diagnostic, reset IOT Finisher nvm 741-105 to 0 and replace parts as needed. The machine had over 300K so I replaced the IBT Belt (PL 7.3 item #14 part #675K18280) and the IBT Cleaner (PL 7.3 item #1 part #42K92754).

See fault history on machine. Read your User Guide.

For diagnostic and and adjustments you need a Portable WorkStation ( PWS ) with specific software tools.

Why would the touch screen not work...?? I put on a different one from another machine and it still does not. Any thoughts?
