The band is about two inches wide and 2/3 down the paper when printing color. I was told by another tech it might be coming from the cyan drum/developer and that it is the controller that is bad and it is called a "Death Band" by Xerox. It was recommended that we replace the copier! We took over the service from Xerox so I don't know what to believe. Has anyone seen this problem before? Thanks in advance.
