Is anyone at Champaign, Bloomington, or Chicago area in Illinois? I will frequently have problems about Xerox machine to consult technical expert in this area. Would like to pay high consulting fee.

Are you looking for someone to do onsite repair or just consultation? How old of equipment (models?)

This is going to be long term business. So it could include both hardware and software.
Currently it is just software.
