    workcentre5665 not necessarily have to finisher to copy

    Goodday everyone,I am trying to work on this WorkCentre 5665/5675/5687, can someone guide me on how to access to the service mode of this machine? The machine cannot copy nor print, is there any setting that i need to set? Some setting code will be much appreciated.Machine power-copy and printing unavaileble of must finisher can be used, you can teach me.please email to me (andywong_1@yahoo.com)

    This machine needs a finisher or offset catch tray to make it work. For diagnostic reasons there is a dongle you can put on the connector to make it think it has a finisher. Dongle part number is 600T02261.

      Yea i agree. using the dongle is the only way to solve this problem.

        Or you can short pins 3,11 and 13.
