Uneved density after replaced IBT or you tried to fix uneven density by replacing IBT ?
What is the partnumber of the drum modules inside you have the machine ?

Force the machine to jam when paper just nearly under the drum. Pull out the drum unit and inspect the image on the drum. If the image on the drum has good density then you have a problem with transfer. If the image has poor density on the drum, you have a problem with either the drum or the developer.

Cleaned ROS then Adj. trim bar, is better, but looks like the problem is still there, much better but.... Customer ok with it.

            Thank you!
